Open Campus

Every year, the Open Campus is held twice, in June and November. At the Open Campus, you can get detailed information about the Public Health Degree Program, information about the entrance exam, and hear about the experiences of current students and graduates. In addition, there will be explanations of each laboratory and visits to the laboratories.

2024 Open Campus Schedule

1st

The first open campus for 2024 has finished.

Date: Saturday, June 15, 2024, 13:00-14:00 (individual visits to laboratories from 14:00-16:00)

2nd

The information for the 2nd Open Campus of 2024 is as follows.

Date: Saturday, November 30, 2024 (13:00-14:00, with individual laboratory visits scheduled for 14:00-16:00)

Format: Face-to-face (we also plan to record the Open Campus event on the day and distribute it for a limited time)

Venue: Clinical Lecture Room D, University of Tsukuba Medical Campus

Participation:
・Please register in advance using this Google Form to participate.
・If you would like to watch the recorded broadcast, please register in advance.
・Due to preparations, please register in advance by Wednesday, November 27th.

Schedule:
13:00 - 14:00 Open Campus

・Explanation of the Public Health Degree Program and entrance exam information
・Introduction to laboratories by faculty members ・Question time with faculty members and current students
(There is also a possibility that current students will introduce their master's thesis research and graduates will give messages)

14:00 - 16:00 Visit and tour of the laboratories you are interested in
*Laboratory tours will be conducted individually at each laboratory. Some laboratories may not be available.
*The content of the Open Campus may change in part depending on the situation.
If you are at all interested in studying in this degree program, please be sure to register and participate.

Laboratory Tour

Each laboratory welcomes you for individual visits. You will be able to learn about the research being conducted in the laboratories and you can talk with members of the research group there. Please contact to a head of the research group that you are interested in prior to the visit.
